Great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely at its destination. All images are carefully packed with corner protectors & bubble wrap within a double wall corrugated card box for maximum protection.
We aim to deliver within 15 working days from receipt of payment. We use an independent courier for delivery.
Insideout Garden Art cannot guarantee delivery times or dates due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the rare event of your image being damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately by phone on: 01653 619 948. Once delivery has been accepted any damage to the artwork is the responsibility of the customer.
Before dispatching your order, we will email or phone you to confirm dispatch.
Delivery is normally within 1-2 days from the dispatch date.
