Please take the time to carefully read the following terms and conditions. The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our Images/copyright
All rights for the content of all our promotional material and images are owned by Insideout Garden Art. You may not copy, reproduce or otherwise exploit the content or related rights in any way.
These images are designed for exterior use, however longevity will depend on positioning. All stated sizes are nominal and Insideout Garden Art will accept no liability for minor size variations.
Your Artwork
In submitting an order for personalised artwork the customer confirms that they own the intellectual property rights to the respective photography or artwork. We reserve the right to refuse an image if it is of unsuitable quality or content. We can accept original photo prints, transparencies, photographic negatives and digital images on CD. Please inform us in writing if your image requires editing, i.e. cropping, colour image to black and white, colour enhancement. You can also submit your image by email.
Note
All original photographs/CD’s/artwork will be returned to the customer but Insideout Garden Art can not accept any liability for loss or damage to said photographs/CD’s/artwork. We recommend you send your photographs/CD’s/artwork in a bubble pack or hardback envelope.
Payment
Do be aware of the additional charge of £10 for customer supplied images.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, by phone or by personal cheque with your order, made payable to Insideout Garden Art. We can only accept cash payments in person.
We will commence work upon receipt of payment or once cheque payment has cleared.
Information and prices are correct at time of publication, but we reserve the right to withdraw images or change prices without notice.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 15 working days from receipt of payment. We use an independent courier for delivery. Insideout Garden Art can not guarantee delivery times or dates due to circumstances beyond our control. All images are carefully packed with corner protectors & bubble wrap within a double wall corrugated card box for maximum protection.
In the rare event of your image being damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately by phone on: 01653 619 948. Once delivery has been accepted any damage to the artwork is the responsibility of the customer.
Before dispatching your order, we will email or phone you to confirm dispatch. Delivery is normally within 1-2 days from the dispatch date.
FREE Delivery ( mainland UK only ) please contact us for a price for other destinations.
Refund Policy
We are unable to offer a refund on your 'own image' canvases.
We do not offer a refund or accept returns for any outdoor art delivered outside the UK.
